Before you place an order with us, you must register with us. We understand how valuable your time is and our registration has been designed to take up not more than a few minutes of your time. This will save you the trouble of entering this information on every purchase you make from us.

If you have ordered from us in the past you will already have an account set up that you can access here.
You can also review all your past orders since October 2004.
You can find your account number on any of our sales orders or sales invoices from October 2004 onwards.
It will also be in the attachments we send with the order/despatch confirmation emails.
To log-in, please enter your account number or email address making sure you've left the selection as 'I am a returning customer...'
do not worry that you have forgotten your password.
The system will recognise the account number and automatically email a new password to the email address
that we hold for you.
Once you have logged in with these details you can change your password and edit any aspect
of your account profile.
